IsaMAP (Intelligent Speed Assistance Monitoring and Protection) is an intelligent speed assistance system developed in line with the European Union General Safety Regulation (GSR). Using GPS-based digital map data and an AI-enabled camera that reads traffic signs, it continuously informs the driver of the current speed limit. When the limit is exceeded it warns the driver with visual and audible alerts and can optionally control the speed. Mandatory in all new vehicles sold in the EU since 2024, the system improves fleet safety, reduces traffic fines and saves fuel. It is suitable for logistics and cargo fleets, bus and minibus fleets, public institutions, municipal and shuttle vehicles, and vehicle manufacturers (OEM, factory integration and aftermarket). Its main benefits are fewer traffic fines and accidents, insurance premium discounts, 10-15% fuel savings, driver discipline and higher scores in Euro NCAP safety tests.
